Democrats will lose in 2022

You would think that with all the turmoil in the Republican Party, they wouldn't be in any shape to take control of Congress in the next election. Think again!  Many of the voters who rejected Trump in 2020 will not reject the GOP in 2022.  The House will be gone for sure and even if somehow the Dems manage to preserve a slim majority in the Senate, the gridlock will remain. Why are the Dems going to lose? Because they have failed to communicate effectively on these issues:

1     Identity Politics

2.    BLM

3.    1619 Project

4.    Critical race theory

5.    Systemic Racism

6.    Defund the Police

7.    Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Chicago, New York City…

8.    “Bipartisanship” failures

9.     Failure to stop Cyber attacks

10.   The Border

11.   Voter suppression

12.   Gerrymandering

13.   Cancel Culture

14.   Teacher’s union keeping kids out of school for over a year

15.   Race conscious “Indoctrination” in schools

16.   ANTIFA

17.   Court-packing by Republicans

It's mostly a gold mine for GOP propagandists. Sadly, Democrat leaders are abject failures at communications, while the GOP is not. The GOPs message discipline is excellent, while the Democrats don't even have a coherent message. It's basically a free-for-all, which sounds good until a slogan like "Defund the Police" comes along.

There are some ideas so wrong that only a very intelligent person could believe in them. -- George Orwell

Defund the Police might as well have been dreamed up in some conservative think tank, considering how much the Right has profited from demonizing it. And now we have rising crime rates that are tailor-made for fear-mongering during the next election season. The GOP employs the most potent weapons there are in politics; shameless lying and fear-mongering and they will continue to use them to great effect. Meanwhile, the Democrats have done well in some respects and are certainly not as bad as the Republicans, but they need new leadership and some message discipline.
